SHIPPING INFORMATION

      All delivery times are estimated and subject to the courier being able to deliver. Weather and unforeseen events may also cause a small delay.
      1.Where possible select a preferred safe place through your courier service.
      2.If you’re unable to come to the door, friends or family will be able to collect your parcel with your ID at your local Customer Service Point.
      3.We also recommend that if a signature is required upon delivery, use a pen or stylus instead of your finger.
      4.Please note, there may be some delays during this time, but we appreciate your patience.
      5.If the stock is sufficient, we will send it out within 3 days after the customer places the order; if individual products are out of stock due to the stock-out, we will expedited the purchase, and will generally send out within 7 days.
      6.Shipping time: usually 12-28 days.
